Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted if your item is returned within 15 days from date of shipment. In order to facilitate the return, you must contact us at prowestmotorsports@telus.net to obtain a return authorization number, once you have the RAN please print it on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are for exchange or in house credit ONLY. No credit will be made to your credit card account (under any circumstances). All returned merchandise must be in original packing and boxed to insure no freight damage. We are not responsible for incoming freight damage. Special and custom orders are not returnable.  All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or refusal if not returned properly.

REMEMBER YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM (NO EXCEPTIONS).  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL  (780-474-2900).
